Terms of service

These terms are between you and Birimian Solutions (“we”, “us”) and cover your use of Voice WP, the service at voicewp.birimiansolutions.com (formerly ai-agents.birimiansolutions.com) and the Voice WP Connector plugin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. What Voice WP does
Voice WP lets you build and edit a WordPress website by speaking or typing. You install our connector plugin on your own WordPress site. Our software then reads and changes your site on your instructions, using artificial intelligence to understand what you ask for and to write page layouts, text and code.
2. Your account
You must give a real email address and confirm it, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract, and you use Voice WP for your business or your own projects.
3. Your site and your content
Your WordPress site, hosting, domain and content stay yours. You keep all rights in the material you provide. Pages we build are created as drafts, and nothing is published until you say so. You give us permission to read and change your site, and to process what you say and upload, only so we can provide the service to you.
You can disconnect a site at any time from your dashboard, and you can deactivate or delete the connector plugin on your site. Disconnecting does not undo the work already done on your site.
4. Artificial intelligence: please review what it makes
Text, layouts and code are produced by AI and may be wrong, incomplete or similar to other sites. You must review pages before publishing them, and you are responsible for what you publish, including that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. We use ways to keep you in control, including drafts first, asking for your spoken yes before risky actions and an undo for changes to pages, styles and custom code (some actions, such as permanently deleting a plugin, cannot be undone), but we cannot promise that every result will suit your needs. We recommend you keep your own backups of your site.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Voice WP to break the law, to build sites that are fraudulent, misleading or hateful, or that infringe other people's rights, to send spam or malware, to attack or probe our systems or anyone else's, to connect a site you do not have the right to change, or to copy another website's words, images, logos or code. Reference sites you share are used only as inspiration for structure and style. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
6. Plans, payment and cancelling
Paid plans (Starter, Standard and Growth) are described on our pricing page, including the number of pages and revisions each includes. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle collects payment, sends invoices and handles tax; we do not see your card details. You can cancel from the billing page at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. By choosing a plan you ask us to start providing the service straight away. Refunds, including how use of the service is taken into account within the first 14 days, are covered by our refund policy. If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is fixed. We may change prices or plan contents for future periods and will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before a change takes effect.
Fair use: there is no limit on the number of pages. Each plan includes a monthly building allowance (the AI work of building and editing) and a number of revisions each calendar month. You can buy build top-ups and packs of 10 extra revisions; each is a one-off payment that does not expire and is used after your plan's monthly allowance. We may limit use that is far beyond normal use so that the service stays available to everyone.
7. Services we rely on
Voice WP uses other companies to run: for example speech-to-text, AI models, hosting, a database and email delivery. They are listed in our privacy policy. If one of them has a problem, parts of Voice WP may be slow or unavailable.
8. Our rights
We own Voice WP, the connector plugin, our design knowledge and the Birimian name and logo. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use them as described here while your account is active. The text, layouts and code created for your site are yours to use on your site. Anonymous information about layout choices may be used to improve the service, as the privacy policy explains.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Voice WP running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending your account
You can cancel your plan and delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data from our systems as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email you or show a notice before they apply. Continuing to use Voice WP after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Birimian Solutions is registered, and its courts will settle disputes, except that mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
