How it works
From first word to a site you can publish.
No templates to wade through and no settings to learn. You talk, Voice WP builds, and you stay in charge.
Step by step
Six steps, mostly talking.
Connect your site
Install the small Voice WP Connector plugin on your WordPress and press Connect. You approve in your own WordPress admin and come straight back. Nothing to copy or paste, and you can disconnect any time.
Tell it about your business
It asks a few questions: what you do, who it is for, what you want visitors to do, and any sites or colours you like. Upload your logo and photos if you have them.
Pick a layout
You see two or three layouts chosen for your kind of business and your main goal. Pick one and tweak it out loud: "make the header blue", "move the prices up".
Watch it build
Pages are created as drafts you can preview. Contact forms are set up and tested so messages really reach you.
Review, then publish
Ask for changes until it is right, then say "publish it". Nothing goes live until you do, and you can undo changes to your pages, styles and custom code.
Keep improving
Come back any time to edit text, add a page or change a look. If you have switched on counting, you can see which pages bring calls and enquiries.
What you need
Before you start.
- A WordPress site you can log in to (most hosts install WordPress in one click)
- A Voice WP account with a plan
- About ten minutes to talk through your business
- A microphone if you want to talk, or a keyboard if you prefer to type
Questions
About getting started.
Does it work on my existing site?
Yes. It works on your own WordPress, whether the site is new, old or half finished.
Will it break my site?
Changes are made as drafts, risky actions need your yes, and most changes can be undone.
How long does it take?
A simple site can be drafted in one conversation. Review and tweak as long as you like before publishing.
Can I stop using it?
Yes. Cancel any time and disconnect the plugin. Your site stays exactly where it is. See pricing.
