Refund policy

14-day refund

If Voice WP is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to give a reason.

What you get back

If you have not used it, you get a full refund. “Used” means the assistant has started building or editing something for you. Browsing the site, reading our guides and help centre, and using the website chat do not count as use.
If you have used it, you get your payment back minus the value of what you used. We work that out from how much of your plan you have used, the pages built and the revisions made compared with what your plan includes. We tell you the exact amount before we process the refund, so you can decide to keep your plan instead.

By choosing a plan you ask us to start providing the service straight away. This policy does not limit any right you have under the law where you live, including a legal right to cancel within a set period. Where the law gives you a larger refund, you get that.

How to ask

Email support@birimiansolutions.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. Once the amount is agreed, refunds go back to the original payment method and normally reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Later payments

Renewal payments are not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the next one and keep building until the end of the period you have paid for. If we charged you in error, or you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled, tell us and we will put it right.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your WordPress site and everything we built on it remain yours and stay on your site.

Who processes the refund

Paddle is our merchant of record and processes all payments and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply, and any rights you have under the law where you live are not affected by this policy.
