Voice WP can change your website, so we treat access to it with care. Here is what we do, in plain words.
What is in place
Protection at every step.
Encrypted connection keys
The key that lets us work on your WordPress is encrypted where it is stored, used only on our servers, and never shown in your browser or included in your data export.
Your data stays separate
Everything you create belongs to your account, and every request is checked against it. Tests make sure one customer can never see another customer's sites, conversations or uploads.
Safe sign-in
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sessions can be cancelled, you can sign out of every device, and the Account page lists your devices and recent activity.
You approve risky actions
Deleting content, installing or removing plugins, switching themes and publishing need your yes, and this is enforced by the software, not left to chance.
Drafts, undo and review
Pages are built as drafts, and changes to pages, styles and custom code can be reversed. Custom code is checked and kept in a small, safe store with no PHP, eval or hidden network calls.
Careful with what it reads
Text from your site or from sites you share is treated as information, never as instructions. Uploaded images are checked by their contents, and SVG files are refused.
Limits against abuse
Sign-ins, uploads, voice use and other actions are rate limited per person, which slows guessing and misuse.
Export and delete
You can download all your data and permanently delete your account from the Account page.
Privacy by design
We use one sign-in cookie and no advertising or tracking cookies. The optional visit counter on your site uses no cookies and keeps no personal data.
Straight talk
What we have not done yet.
We would rather you hear it from us. Voice WP is new, and it has not yet had an independent security audit or penetration test. We do not yet hold certifications such as SOC 2. When that changes, we will say so here.
Payments are handled by Paddle, so we never see your card number. You can read how we handle personal data in the privacy policy, and report a concern any time at support@birimiansolutions.com.
