Privacy policy

Birimian Solutions (“we”) runs Voice WP. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, who helps us handle it and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) password. We never store your password itself.
- Your connected sites: the address and name of each WordPress site, and the connection key that lets us work on it. Keys are encrypted and are never shown to the browser or included in your data export.
- What you tell the builder: your spoken or typed requests, the answers you give, the plans and changes made, and images or logos you upload. Voice is turned into text as you speak; we keep the text of the conversation so you can continue and undo changes.
- Your site's content: pages, settings and other items we read from your WordPress site so we can edit it. We treat it as your data.
- Payments: Paddle collects your payment details. We receive only your Paddle customer number, your plan and its status, and the renewal date. We never see your card number.
- Usage and security records: how much the service is used (to enforce plan limits and costs), sign-in and account events, and technical errors. For sign-in records we keep only a partial address (the first part of your IP address), not the whole address.
- Cookies: one essential sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, to take payment and give you the plan you paid for, to send emails you need (confirming your address, resetting a password, and important notices), to prevent abuse, and to improve Voice WP. We do not sell personal information.
Anonymous learning
Anonymous layout choices (section types and header and footer settings) are used to improve our suggestions. No text, names or personal data are included, and they are not linked to your account. You can switch this off under “Help improve Voice WP” in the builder's settings. We do not train AI models on your conversations.
The chat assistant
The website has an AI chat assistant. Your messages are sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model, so it can answer. We do not store the conversation: it stays in your browser for the visit and is cleared when you close the tab or start a new chat. If you ask the assistant to add you to our early-access list or to pass a message to a person, we receive the email address and the summary you agreed to send. If you are signed in, the assistant is told your plan, its status and renewal date, whether your email is confirmed and how many sites you have connected, so it can help with your account. It cannot change anything. To stop abuse and control cost, the assistant limits how many AI-written answers each connection or account gets in a day, so it keeps a simple count against your connection address (or account) for that day. We keep only daily totals of how many answers were given. Please do not share passwords, connection keys or card numbers in the chat.
Counting visits on your site (optional)
If you turn on results counting for a site, the connector counts page views and actions such as calls, emails, form sends and bookings, as daily totals. It uses no cookies and stores no names, emails or addresses of your visitors. It is off unless you choose it.
Who helps us (our processors)
- Paddle: payments, tax and invoices, as merchant of record.
- Deepgram: converts your speech to text and text to speech.
- Anthropic: the AI model that understands your requests and writes your pages. It receives your conversation and the parts of your site it needs for the task.
- Vercel: hosts the website and application.
- Neon: hosts our database.
- Resend: sends our emails.
These companies may process information in countries other than yours. They may use it only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy commitments. When a contact form on your site sends a message, it goes through your own site's mail setup, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information and conversations while your account is open. When you delete your account, your account, sites, conversations, uploads and usage records are permanently removed, and any anonymous learning events stay because they are not linked to you. Payment records are kept by Paddle as the law requires. Security and error records are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the service.
Your choices and rights
On the Account page you can download all your data, sign out of every device, and permanently delete your account. You can also disconnect any site, switch off anonymous learning and switch off results counting. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, move or delete your data, to object to some uses and to complain to your data protection authority. Email us and we will help.
Security
Connection keys are encrypted, sign-in sessions can be cancelled, requests are checked and limited, and customer data is separated per account. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us straight away if you think your account is at risk.
Children
Voice WP is for businesses and adults, not for children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way we will email you or show a notice before it applies, and update the date at the top.
